Dr Celestin Mutimura Gatarayiha

He has been coordinating the national coffee value chain as the Head of Coffee Division at the National Agricultural Export Board (NAEB) in Rwanda, a post that he occupied from June 2011 to June 2019. Before joining NAEB, Celestin worked at the former Rwanda Institute of Agricultural sciences (ISAR) currently Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB), as Head of National Coffee Research Program. He has published several research papers both in regional and international peer-review journals.

In 2020, he worked with Palladium in Saudi Arabia as coffee expert to develop the coffee value chain in Jazan Region, in the South West of the Kingdom.
